This is a non-smoking property, including outdoor areas. There is a $500 smoking fee and you will be immediately removed if caught smoking, or breaking any of the listed house rules. We have a security staff on hand and every rule listed is zero tolerance - no warnings. If we have to contact security to remove you from the premises, there will be a $500 removal fee. Pool Safety: For the safety of our youngest guests, all doors leading to the pool area are equipped with alarms. Pool Heat: The pool is heated during the warmer months at no extra charge. For cooler weather or for guests who prefer extra warmth, enhanced heating is available for an additional fee of $20 per day. Please inquire if interested. Security: For your security and the protection of our property, there are five exterior security cameras. Locations: one on the front of the garage, one by the front door, one at the lanai entry door, one by the beach equipment, and one by the pool heater. These cameras do not have views of any interior spaces. Pet fee is 100 dollars up to 25 lbs and max of two pets per reservation. Please contact us prior to staying with your pet information. All pet waste must be picked up and discarded ($250 cleanup fee if not maintained.) No pets in the pool - at all. $250 fee if pet hair has to be removed from the pool pump.
