Smoking: This is a completely non-smoking property, including all outdoor areas. Smoking anywhere on the property is subject to a $500 fee and may result in the reservation being terminated. House Rules: We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we simply ask that all posted house rules be respected. Serious or repeated violations that require security assistance may result in removal from the property and a $500 security response/removal fee. Exterior Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front entry, side access, pool equipment area, screened pool enclosure, and guest-use beach gear storage area. Cameras are exterior only and do not view any indoor living spaces. Camera activity is handled through our third-party property management/security system. Pets: We’re happy to welcome up to two pets, each weighing 25 lbs or less, with a $100 pet fee. Please contact us before your stay with your pet information. We kindly ask that all pet waste be picked up and properly disposed of. Excessive pet cleanup may result in a $250 cleaning fee. For everyone's enjoyment and to protect the pool equipment, pets are not permitted in the pool. If pet hair requires cleaning or servicing of the pool filtration system, a $250 fee may apply. Pool pumps run 9AM - 6PM. Numerous grocery stores are within 10 minutes or less. Restaurants are within 10-15 minutes.
