To help keep the home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, this is a non-smoking property, including all outdoor areas. Smoking or serious violations of the house rules may result in termination of the reservation. A $500 smoking fee may apply, and if security assistance is required due to a rule violation, a $500 security removal fee may also apply. For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the driveway/front entry, side access, pool equipment area, screened pool area, and guest beach-gear storage. Cameras are exterior only and never monitor indoor living spaces. Camera activity is managed through our third-party property management and security system. Pets are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $100 for pets up to 25 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per reservation. Please send us your pet information before arrival. We kindly ask guests to clean up all pet waste; a $250 cleanup fee may apply if additional cleanup is required. For health and pool-maintenance reasons, pets are not permitted in the pool. A $250 cleaning/service fee may apply if pet hair requires removal from the pool or filtration system. We also ask that all pets are kept off furniture. Pool heat can be added right through AirBnB for $20/day with a target of 85 degrees at the guest request. Pool pumps run 9AM - 6PM. Numerous grocery stores are within 10 minutes or less. Restaurants are within 10-15 minutes.
