This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 6 guests and features a bright open layout, tall ceilings, coastal decor, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size laundry, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The home offers rare privacy for the area, with only one neighboring home on one side and privately owned open lots behind and beside the property. The setting feels quiet, open, and more private than a typical vacation rental neighborhood. Sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom Second bedroom: Queen bed and smart TV Third bedroom: Two twin beds and smart TV The screened lanai is the highlight of the property. Enjoy your private saltwater pool, covered outdoor dining, lounge seating, ceiling fan, tropical landscaping, paver pool deck, evening pool lights, and propane grill. Pool heat is available upon request for $20/day, with a target temperature of 85°F. Guests will also enjoy beach chairs, beach gear, coolers, pool towels, fresh linens, starter essentials, self check-in with smart lock, free driveway and garage parking, Level 1 EV charging included at no cost, and Level 2 EV charging available for $20/day. The home is family-friendly with a pack ’n play, high chair, board games, beach toys, pool-friendly items, and an installable pool gate. Pet-friendly stays are welcome with prior approval.
Other Details to Note
This is a non-smoking property, including outdoor areas. There is a $500 smoking fee and you will be immediately removed if caught smoking, or breaking any of the listed house rules. We have a security staff on hand and every rule listed is zero tolerance - no warnings. If we have to have security remove you from the premises for a rule violation, there will be a $500 security removal fee. For safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front entry, side access, pool equipment area, screened in pool cage, and guest-use beach gear storage. Cameras are exterior only and do not face indoor or private living spaces. Pet fee is 100 dollars up to 25 lbs and max of two pets per reservation. Please contact us prior to staying with your pet information. All pet waste must be picked up and discarded ($250 cleanup fee if not maintained.) No pets in the pool - at all. $250 fee if we have to remove pet hair from the pool pump. Pool heat can be added right through AirBnB for $20/day with a target of 85 degrees at the guest request. Numerous grocery stores are within 10 minutes or less. Restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. Easy entry and self check in with the front door smart lock during your stay. Kitchen pantry is not available for guest use. Pool equipment must not be tampered with. Driveway parking is for standard passenger vehicles only. Boats, trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.
